Silver and Navid are currently broken up on 90210, but Silver is having trouble moving on. She seems to be still in love with Navid. Navid, on the other hand, has only made short appearances in recent episodes. The audience isn't really made aware of what he has been doing other than working with his criminal uncle. Therefore, we aren't sure whether his feelings for Silver are mutual. What do you think will happen?

In a recent episode of 90210, Annie decides to help Dixon pay for rehab for drug addiction. Dixon began snorting adderall to help him record music and became an addict. Rehab costs $10,000.

In Episode 11 of Season 4 of 90210, Raj finds out that he still has cancer. It turns out his previous result was an anomaly. Throughout the entire episode Ivy and Raj are questioning whether they got married for the right reason or not. Raj believes they got married only because he was dying and they didn't plan for him to get cured and actually have to live their entire lives together.

After Raj finds out the results, Ivy tells him how much she loves him and is happy with her decision to be with him forever. Instead of telling Ivy that he also loves her, Raj decides to break-up with her for good without telling her that he still has cancer. The audience is left to believe Raj does this because he loves her and doesn't want to drag her through the pain of watching him die. If that is the case, did he do the right thing?

Adam Poch hasn’t done much game play this season on Big Brother, but he has been a source of entertainment for the BB house guests.  Jordan tells us he talks about Tori Spelling all the time.   They have learned all they will ever want to know about 90210 because Adam loves to talk trivia.  Here are some of the questions the cameras caught him discussing about the show:

What was Donna Martin’s father’s occupation?  Heart doctor.

Who’s mother did they find having an affair?  Donna Martin’s mom.

How many years was 90210 on TV.?  Ten years or 296 episodes.

What is it about Tori Spelling you think is so hot?  I don’t know - she just makes my loins feel funny.

Donna Martin’s birthday?  December 25th.

Name of Donna Martin’s store?  ‘Now wear this’.

Her coolest boyfriend?  David Silver.

Adam talks a lot about Farah, his girl from home, and tonight he told Jordan he can’t wait to “hug her and squeeze her and kiss her.”  He also told Jordan he has called

her ‘Donna Martin’ while in bed, which got her a “little upset.”  When Tori Spelling showed up tonight Adam started shaking like a girl.  When Tori kissed his plastic duck he said  “My duck is so lucky, Donna Martin kissed my duck!”  But what really sent he over the edge is when Tori said that if her baby is a boy (she’s 7 1/2 months pregnant) she will name him Adam.  I now this is all in fun, but if you were Adam’s girlfriend would you be hurt?

The season premiere of Big Brother 13 just ended and the show is off to a good start.  We were introduced to eight new contestants to the shows.  The new contestants promise to fill this season with lots of drama because they are people we will love, hate or love to hate.  Here's a rundown of the new cast....

Dominic: From first appearances, I think I will enjoy this "momma's boy."  He seems to have a good sense of humor and intelligent game play.
Lawon: A real show boater who will either entertain me or annoy the hell out of me! We will wait to see what side of the line he will end up on.
Shelley:  A southern outdoor momma that could be a dark horse threat.
Porsche:  A Cocktail waitress that seems to think the world is jealous of her job and her beauty.
Adam:  Is he a walking contradiction or is he breaking stereo-types?  He is a huge Beverly Hills 90210 fan and at the same time loves heavy metal.
Keith: The church deacon that lied about being a church deacon.
Cassi: She is a beautiful model and I've got a feeling she will do well on this show.
Kalia:  The dating blogger that declared herself to be like Carrie Bradshaw.

These new cast members are not the only ones fighting for the half a million dollars.  Six returning Big Brother contestants will make up three duos all willing to fight like crazy for the prize again this season.

The returning cast members are....

Rachel and Brendan:  This newly engaged couple from Big Brother 12 is about as annoying as they are a duo threat. Sadly, I think they will be here for awhile.

Jeff and Jordan: They're America's Big Brother favorite couple and I couldn't be happier that this Big Brother 11 duo is back.

Evil Dick and Danielle:  This father/daughter partnership is just as endearing as they were on Big Brother 8...not very.  I have to say I think they're dynamic and will do well.  Overall, I think this was a good "couple" to invite for a return run.

Are you happy with the three returning duos?

Lindsay Lohan's little sister Ali (who now wants to be known as Alianaseems to either be experiencing the world's most unfortunate awkward phase or has put herself into the hands of some seriously overzealous surgeons. The photo at left is of Aliana earlier this month, while the drastically different inset is only from March of this year. Are her looks shifting due to dropping baby fat and going through a teenage growth spurt? Or are her fuller and more pronounced features the result of professional restructuring?

Prominent Hollywood plastic surgeon Dr. Robert Rey, known for his reality television show Dr. 90210, tells E! Online: "Ali appears to have lost quite a bit of weight, which can dramatically alter a person's face. Cheeks protrude more and [her] overall appearance is somewhat gaunt."

"It does appear as if she may have had a rhinoplasty," Dr. Rey, who's in São Paulo participating in the Miss Universe 2011 pageant, reveals. "Because in her photos now, her nose appears narrower and the tip more defined." Not to mention her noticeably fuller lips, more defined chin and jawline, and less sleepy eyes, now appearing wider and more alert.

Aliana signed a multi-year modeling contract with NEXT Model Management last month. She has also modeled for her sister Lindsay’s 6126 fashion line. "As a young girl who is growing up, it's natural for her facial features to change slightly, and we see this with many of the younger models we represent," says Alexis Borges, agency director of Next Model Management L.A. "Aliana is a beautiful 17 year old girl who is growing into her face and body, as is the norm for someone of her age."

Borges added: "We take pastoral care of our models very seriously and encourage the models to maintain a healthy lifestyle and body shape."

Is the sudden change in the young model's appearance simply a consequence of growing up, as her mother and reps are insisting? Or did the 17-year-old's appearance go awry after going under the knife to perfect her runway look?

Today a NY Magazine blog lamented that CBS' quirky gal-pal spin on The Odd Couple, 2 Broke Girls, is less about the camaraderie and too focused on being catty. Are the show's characters too snotty or is this idea about the ladies' sharp dialog a sneakily sexist concept?

"Broke Girls is not the only new comedy of the season with an overenthusiasm for nastiness: Whitney suffers from this tendency, too," the blogger compares. "....As a viewer, it's easier to invest in characters who are invested in each other. Whitney's central relationship is a couple: If they can't stand each other, why should we?" Are Broke Girls viewers under the impression that the girls coexisting together and relying on one another cannot stand each other? I wasn't.

One can blame the writing of both Whitney and Broke Girls on the sardonic stand-up-comedy-style of Whitney Cummings (who contributes to both shows) and the blogger does site Cummings' style as potentially being part of the problem. But some of Entourage's-- of all the series steeping in tea-bagging jokes, accusations of poor sexual prowess and equating emotions with weakness-- best episodes were executive produced and written by the guy-mind hidden inside the girl genius Ally MusikaJuno writer Diablo Cody knows a thing or two about serious sarcasm and nastiness as well. One doesn't have to be a stand-up comedianne from the gritty ol' stage to put some hilarious filth and fun put-downs down on a page.

"Sure, meanness has its place," she goes on. "Just imagine Golden Girls without Bea Arthur's disdainful eye rolls and slow turns. But then try to imagine it without the cheesecake chitchats and underlying human compassion. Not everything has to be as merry as Jimmy Fallon or Parks and Recreation, but there are reasons both of these things are connecting with people, and it's that they're silly and hopeful, not just cruel and ironic."

2 Broke Girls does have its share of biting humor and cruel quips, with Kat Dennings' Max character certainly doling out the majority. However, the entire concept of the show is a Max reaching out a stranger she's just met, who has fallen on hard times. Max is teaching her the ropes at the diner they work at, and how to get by being broke, as the title implies. She's done countless favors for poor-little-rich-girl Caroline throughout the show's very brief new existence and it's easy to see their bond developing.

Beth Behr's Caroline has also come back with some cutesy but cutting one-liners but her character came up with the show's underlying concept: that these two struggling chicks will bind together and utilize their talents to do something great for themselves together, becoming entrepreneurs in the trendy cupcake biz. Their relationship seems to be headed much more in the direction of the exasperated mutual respect and  reluctant adoration of Laverne & Shirley or Will & Grace than the actual back-biting and cruelty of Gossip Girl or 90210

And let's take a moment to think about this sort of sordid dialog exchange in male characters of shows and films driven by bromances. The kind of petty, snarky, picking on one another that's going on on 2 Broke Girls isn't an oddity on two other CBS showcase shows Two and a Half Men and The Big Bang Theory.  But are men bonding over evil exchanges and calling out each others' faults easier to watch? When boys tease it's funny, when girls tease it's me-ow.

Can it be that when it a bitchy insult comes from Kat Dennings' ruby red lips, fueled by breath drawn from lungs housed by a generous bust, it just seems meaner than when two dudes swap zingers about dick size? Maybe Entourage's tough but sweet E can take a joke better than Broke Girls' posh and petite Caroline? Her Wharton Business School intellect be be damned, words hurt!

Is a plea to tone down the contempt simply reinforcing stereotypes of how the fairer sex should be portrayed? Or is 2 Broke Girls really too liberal with the verbal abuse?
