The Green Bay Packers are favored by -2.5 points, but the Pittsburgh Steelers have the better record and overall team statistics. The Steelers were 12-4 and the Packers were only 10-6. Compare the statistics below:

Pittsburgh Steelers Statistics (NFL Rank/Actual):
Passing Yards: 14th, 225.1
Rushing Yards: 11th, 120.3
Opponent Passing Yards: 12th, 214.1
Opponent Rushing Yards: 1st, 62.8

Green Bay Packers Statistics (NFL Rank/Actual)
Passing Yards: 5th, 257.8
Rushing Yards: 24th, 100.4
Opponent Passing Yards: 5th, 194.2
Opponent Rushing Yards: 18th, 114.9

It could be argued that the statistics favor Green Bay, but I think the statistics suggest the Steelers will make the Green Bay one dimensional and then focus on pass coverage D. Green Bay doesn't have a running threat against the Steelers. They will have to pass the football.

Anyways, do you think the odds-makers got it right? Should the Packers be favored over the Steelers?

When Charles Woodson and the rest of the Green Bay Packers received their Super Bowl rings in a private ceremony at Lambeau Field on Thursday, the leadership the Heisman Trophy winner from Michigan provided was etched inside.

According to The Associated Press, words from one of Woodson's postgame speeches -- when he urged teammates to play with one mind, one goal, one purpose and one heart -- inspired the inscription inside the ring.

Woodson told the AP that it was a proud moment, but he kept his emotions in check:

"I held it back," Woodson said. "I cried enough this year, so I held it back. But it was definitely an emotional moment, a moment that I waited a long time for. And finally, it's here. I get to hold up a championship ring."

Because of the NFL lockout, Thursday's ceremony was the first time the Packers have been together since the days following their 31-25 Super Bowl win over the Pittsburgh Steelers in Dallas. The Packers got special permission from the NFL to hold the ceremony.

Chicago Bears fans burn Jay Cutler's Jersey in anger following the Bear's loss to the Green Bay Packers missing out on a chance to go to the Super Bowl

Cutler supposedly injured his knee at the end of the 2nd quarter. He played the 1st series of the 3rd quarter against the Packers but then sat out the rest of the game. NFL players and Fans (hence, the burning of the jersey in the video), accuse Cutler of quiting. They believe if he had wanted to, he could continued to play.

Cutler, naturally, along with teammate Brian Urlacher claim he was injured and could not play, and that there was nothing he could do about it. If Cutler's knee really is injured, MRI's will corroborate this. There is no way for a QB to continue playing if his knee is seriously injured.

What do you think, did Cutler Quit or was he Hurt?

All true football fans know the game is decided in the trenches. The Steelers Defensive Line dominated in their game holding the Jets to only 70 yards rushing, creating an opportunity for a defensive touchdown after sacking Mark Sanchez and causing a fumble, and a goal line stand creating a turn over on downs. The Packers Offensive Line looked sharp against the Bears. It is going to be key to the outcome of this game for them to give Quarterback Aaron Rodgers time to throw the football.

The two quarterbacks that will face off in Super Bowl XLV have traveled different paths in their careers to get to the biggest game.

Ben Roethlisberger joined a franchise, the Pittsburgh Steelers, looking for a new leader to take the reins in 2004. In just his 7th season, Big Ben, as he is called, is leading his Steelers to their 3rd Super Bowl appearance having already won 2. Roethlisberger is known as a clutch player. He plays his best when the Steelers need it most. He doesn't cause many turnovers and his big frame makes it hard for defenders to bring him down. He also is known to be able to make plays in the running game.

Aaron Rodgers, on the other-hand, joined a franchise, the Green Bay Packers with a legendary quarterback, Brett Favre, on the roster in 2005. He was a back-up for the 2005-2007 seasons, but impressed early in his inaugural season as the starting Packers quarterback in 2008. In just 3 seasons, Rodgers has his Packers favored to win the Super Bowl. He is a more prototypical quarterback than Big Ben, but also has the unique ability to escape the pocket and make plays with his feet.

Below are the statistics for both quarterbacks. Who do you think has a better game?

Ben Roethlisberger Season Statistics  Aaron Rodgers Season Statistics
Pass Attempts  389  475
Pass Completions  240  312
Completion Percentage  61.7  65.7
Average Yards per Attempt          8.2          8.3
Total Yards            3200           3922
Average Yards per Game  248.3         248.6
Touchdowns   17         28
Interceptions          5           11
