Kobe has won 4 NBA Finals and Jordan won 6. Kobe is arguably the most competitive basketball player that has ever played. Perhaps, only Jordan was more competitive. So you know he definitely wants at least 6 and he has the team to get his 5th this year. If he gets it this year, then there is no doubt in my mind he won't retire until he catches MJ. Will Kobe Bryant get as many rings as Michael Jordan?
Jeff Schroeder set Jordan Lloyd up with Shelly Moore on Big Brother tonight to practice job interview skills. He explained that Jordan has been in her current job for a long time and needs to enhance her interviewing skills in order to land a different job someday. Since Shelly interviews in the real world for a living he thought this would be a perfect opportunity for Jordan. What the interaction between Jordan and Shelly turned out to be was perfectly hilarious. Here’s how it went: Shelly: “ Are you a glass half full or half empty person?” Jordan: “ I guess...uh...I don’t get it.” Shelly: “ Are you decisive or pensive?” Jordan: “ What does that mean?” Shelly:” Would you party with employees or have no outside relationships with employees?” Jordan:” What do you mean...like partying...like getting drunk?” Shelly:” What is your weakness?” Jordan:” I’m terrible at science.” Shelly:” Do you have any mentor you look to for advice?” Jordan:” I’m more so my own.... like my own mentor.” Shelly:” How does work mimic real life?” Jordan:” Oh my goodness, Shelly!” Shelly: “Why are you looking for a new job?” Jordan: “ You can’t be a receptionist forever.” Jeff says he would hire Jordan because she is so darn cute. Would you hire Jordan?

Following the eviction of Keith Henderson, Jordan Lloyd won Big Brother Head of Household. After much debate over who Jordan would put up for eviction between the teams of Cassi Colvin + Shelly Moore and Dominic Briones + Adam Poch, she chose to base her decision on her instincts putting Dominic and Adam up for eviction. She was supposed to put up Cassi and Shelly because Cassi and Rachel Reilly are fighting. However, Jordan says "I think nominating these two people is a good strategy for me just because I don't know where there head is at. My alliance is telling me to go one way, but my gut is telling me to go another way. I am going to go for what I believe is best for Jeff and me." Jordan says "I've nominated the duo of Adam and Dominic because I don't really know where y'alls heads are at, I fell like if y'all were HOH, y'all would be coming after me." She then says she doesn't care if anybody gets mad her because she had to do what she had to do.So who do you think will be kicked off or will one of them win the Power of Veto?
Jordan Lloyd totally gave Brenchel the finger tonight by not inviting them up to the Big Brother HOH room to share in the luxury competition prize. Jordan explains “I know Rachel is mad at me because I didn’t pick her. I didn’t take Brendon and Rachel because they would be like kissing the whole time and I didn’t want to listen to that. And I didn’t want to suck up to her just because she’s HOH.” Last week we heard Jordan tell Rachel Reilly she can be bitchy sometimes. Plus we all know how jealous Rachel can get of pretty girls! How long will it be before Rachel Reilly strikes back at Jordan Lloyd?
Here is Michael Jordan's quote from USA Today: "It's less physical and the rules have changed, obviously. Based on these rules, if I had to play with my style of play, I'm pretty sure I would have fouled out or I would have been at the free throw line pretty often and I could have scored 100 points." The highest he ever scored was 69 points against Cleveland on March 28, 1990. Kobe Bryant's highest scoring game is 81. I think Jordan was at a level above Kobe in his prime, but scoring another 10 buckets is tough. What do you think? Was Michael Jordan Right? Could he score 100 points in today's NBA?
The 2011 BCS National Championship Game between Alabama Crimson Tide and the LSU Tigers was the most boring title game I have ever watched. It was completely one-sided with Alabama dominating LSU 21-0. Don't get me wrong, I am a huge fan of defensive slugfests and thoroughly enjoyed the first LSU vs Alabama game in Tuscaloosa. This game, however, was not comparable to the first match. The Tide dominated LSU in every aspect of the game...offense, defense, and special teams. They held LSU to only 92 total yards of offense while racking up 384 of their own. It wasn't, however, just a matter of Alabama's defense dominating the game, but also LSU's offense played horrible. Jordan Jefferson fumbled several snaps and missed open wide receivers. The offensive line could not block and create passing lanes for him to find his receivers. Alabama's AJ McCarron played an outstanding game throwing the ball through tight windows to receivers covered by LSU DB's. In particular, he picked on Tyrann Mathieu, "The Honey Badger," and took advantage of his size by throwing the ball out of his reach to taller receivers. Though he did not have any touchdown passes, McCarron did complete 23 or 34 passes (67.6 CMP%) for 234 yards and a long of 26. The only bright spot in LSU's play was that its defense only gave the Tide one touchdown. Bama, once again, was forced to rely on its field goal unit, but this time Jeremy Shelley, the goat from the first game, set a BCS Title game record by making five field goals. In the regular season, if you recall, he missed four field goals allowing LSU to beat Bama in Tuscaloosa. In the game that mattered the most, Shelley was able to redeem himself.Besides blocking one of Shelley's field goals, LSU's special teams were also overwhelmed by Bama. Marquis Maze got the Tide rolling in the first quarter with a 49 yard punt return leading to the first field goal of the game. Though Maze was injured on the play, Bama's punt return and coverage teams were still able to provide them with good field position all game. LSU's punt coverage also assisted the Tide by roughing the punt returner at the ten yard line after he called a fair catch. Instead of giving Alabama the ball at the 10, they gave it to them at the 25. LSU's punter actually kicked pretty well. However, their return game with Mathieu was completely shut down.Coach Nick Saban also out-coached Coach Les Miles. His team was fully prepared for everything LSU's offense and defense tried to do. Miles tried to get the option game going, which was successful the first time around, but Alabama was ready for it and Miles seemed to refuse to go away from it even though it was clearly not working. It didn't seem as though Miles made half time adjustments. They came out and threw the ball down the field twice, which was different than the first half, but then went back to the same basic offense using option, WR screens, and running the HB on dives or off tackle. It was truly a very bland offense and was similar to the one they ran against the Tide in game one. Though Jefferson was clearly struggling, Miles kept him in and chose not to use Jarrett Lee. In my opinion, this was a mistake because Lee has started and played many games this season and may have been able to provide a spark.Saban's offense, on the other hand, came out throwing the football down the field, something they did not do in the first match up. It seemed to catch LSU by surprise. The Tigers were stacking the box and playing man on the Bama's WR's. Saban purposely picked on Mathieu by using tall receivers to go over top of the 5'8" DB. Mathieu may have been a game changer in LSU's games against West Virginia Mountaineers, Arkansas Razorbacks, Oregon Ducks, and Georgia Bulldogs, however, he was not attacked the way Saban targeted him in this game. He usually covers slot receivers that are similar in height. In this game, Saban lined up tall receivers and tight ends in the slot, which Mathieu defend against high, jump balls.Alabama's defense was definitely the highlight of the game, however, LSU's offense assisted them by playing terribly. The Tigers offense committed numerous penalties and missed many opportunities by Jefferson's inability to execute properly. He missed several wide open WR's, throwing the ball in the grass and nowhere near them on multiple occasions. His biggest mistake came when he attempted a shovel pass after his receiver had turned to block for him. The pass was picked off and led to points, and pretty much ended any hopes LSU had of coming back.Had LSU played good and this was a good, defensive game, then I would have loved it. However, LSU played awful, and it wasn't merely due to Bama's dominance. They simply didn't execute, and it was the combo of bad offensive play by LSU and great defensive play by Bama. It was also a combo of poor LSU pass defense and McCarron executing to perfection which allowed Bama to drive down the field on almost every possession.Simply put, I think LSU played awful! This game was disappointing. LSU could have possibly finished the greatest single season in college football with a win, but instead they came out flat, unprepared, and were embarrassed. It is the first time a team was completely shut out in the title game, and there is no excuse for that. What do you think...Was this the worst BCS National Championship Game in History
Jordan Taylor, who finished her pitching career with the Michigan softball team last month with 107 victories, eight no-hitters and four Big Ten Conference titles, was selected for the USA Softball Women's National Team today. USA Softball carries an 18-member roster and will begin international play July 9 at the Canadian Open International Championship. The team will also play in the World Cup of Softball in Oklahoma in late July and the Pan American Games in October. Taylor went 31-5 with a 1.51 earned run average this season for Michigan, which finished 53-6.

I'm not sure who should win Big Brother this season. My favorite, Daniele, was kicked off two weeks ago. I liked Daniele because she was good at competitions and good at the mental or social part of the game. She did make some pretty big mistakes but at least she played the game. Branden and Jeff were also great players but some how all three are in the jury house. The final four pretty much suck at the game, except may be Rachel. As much as it pains me to say it, I think Rachel deserves to win. Even though she is horrible at the social aspect of the game, she is the only one left who is great at competitions and the mental game. Porsche has won a few comps and I think her social game was descent but I'm just not sure she deserves to win. She didn't really do anything until the end. Then there is Adam and Jordan. They have done s**t! Adam pisses me off because he kisses everyone's ass in the house, so he does not deserve anything. I agree with Kalia when she said Adam was the a "grade A, cowardly floater." And what can I say about Jordan...she talks about how she hates floaters and how a floater does not deserve to win because they did not do anything, but Jordan is the ultimate floater. She is really ridiculous. She let Jeff do everything for her and now she is letting Rachel do everything. So who do you think should win BB 13?
ESPN is doing a 30 on 30: Jordan Rides the Bus
Last night around 2 am the Big Brother cameras caught Jeff Schroeder and Jordan Lloyd talking. Jeff said “Daniele (Donato)is real tight with him (Dominic Briones) you know.” Jordan guessed she was the type that would eventually back stab him. I agree with her and so did Jeff. Later on the cameras recorded Dominic talking secretly to Daniele and he asked “Am I here to stay to help you because I am a bigger target than you? Daniele reassured him that she would not tell him half the things she does if she didn’t want to work with him. Watch out Dominic I think your gut instincts are right on! Later on Jordan told Jeff that Brendon Villegas and Rachel Reilly annoy Daniele and I agree with that too. They think that Daniele would take their side before she would Brendon and Rachel and I totally can see that. But then the cameras picked up Dominic asking Daniele if she would rather Bendon and Rachel would stay over Jeff and Jordan? She said if she had an option she would rather trust Rachel and Brandon over Jeff and Jordan. The drama goes on every single second in the BB house as plans and strategies are worked out. A person can speculate and speculate, but who really knows what will happen. That’s the beauty of the show and when you speculate correctly it’s pure delight. Right now, I’m speculating about Daniele because she can do a lot of damage down the road. What will happen when Daniele’s golden key goes away?

Last week the Big Brother house was divided and this week everyone is shuffling into new alliances. So far Jeff Schroederand Jordan Lloyd haven’t shown their cards and we don’t know who they plan to target for eviction out of the nominated duo ofDominic Briones and Adam Poch. I think they are leaning towards outing Dominic. Personally, I’d rather see them work with Dominic instead of Adam. Dominic seems more trustworthy and he’s a lot more entertaining. We watched him establish an alliance of newbies and he stuck with them until the bitter but short end. Furthermore, he proved he can strategize with the best of them when he made friends with Danielle Danota and he knew the only way to make a connection with her was to flirt. It worked because she stood up for him with Jeff and Jordan when he needed it most. If Jeff and Jordan do target him they could make some enemies in the house. Dominic has a better chance at winning POV over Adam and I really hope he gets it if he needs it. So far Adam hasn’t been all that impressive as a player. He lacks support in the house and has admitted to Jeff that he went back on his word. Afterwards Jeff expressed concern about trusting him. Jeff did tell Dominic that he must climb the ladder to get to the roof. I hope he gives Dominic a chance to start climbing and doesn’t send him home. Do you agree? Who do you think should be evicted Dominic or Adam?
"He'll never be Jordan. This clearly takes him out of the conversation. He can win as much as he wants to. There would have been something honorable about staying in Cleveland and trying to win it as 'The Man' . . . LeBron, if he would've in Cleveland, and if he could've got a championship there, it
If Big Brother was giving out tiny trophies Cassie Colvin would win most beautiful and most honest. Instead she got the boot with a sweeping 9 to 0 vote to evict her. That probably made leaving even harder and I don’t know what she did to deserve that kind of treatment. A number of other house guests thought that some women in the house acted jealous of Cassie, namely Rachel Reilly and Porsche Briggs. It didn’t matter that Cassie went around in sweats, dirty hair and no make up for 2 weeks, she looked outstanding anyway. When Rachel watches the show I hope she feels embarrassed by her mouthiness and what Cassie calls cattiness. There’s a strong possibility that she won’t feel anything negative because she really appears delusional about her self. On a scale of 1 to 10 Rachel would rate herself a 20.Jordan Lloyd told her straight up that sometimes she comes across bitchy and Rachel didn’t appear affected by it. Jordan, watch out Rachel will get you back eventually. In their parting messages Dominic Briones told Cassie that he was furious that she was attacked by some of the girls. Jordan told her it was a shame other people’s jealousy came into play. Will Rachel’s mouth get her sent home?
Before the 2010-2011 season, LeBron James had taken the NBA by storm with his incredible talent and pure athleticism. He wowed fans with his speed and ability to get to the rim and create amazing plays and get crazy shots to fall.
The Great One has spoken. Kobe is better than LeBron. For a man that doesn't take a stance on anything this is a big deal. What do you think?
