Personally, I think Aaron Rodgers has already established himself as an elite NFL QB and stepped out of the shadow left by the Packers Legendary Quarterback, Brett Favre. His record and statistics speak for themselves. In only his 3rd season as the starter, Rodgers is leading his team to the Super Bowl. In the same amount of time, Favre has played with 2 different clubs, came up short in the 2010 NFC Championship Game, and this year he failed to lead his Vikings, the pre-season favorites, to the playoffs. While I don't think Rodgers should still be viewed as living under the shadow cast by Favre, there will always be people that will judge Rodgers' against Favre's in evaluating his career. Will a Super Bowl Ring help Rodgers step out of Brett Favre's Shadow?

According to The Associated Press, words from one of Woodson's postgame speeches -- when he urged teammates to play with one mind, one goal, one purpose and one heart -- inspired the inscription inside the ring. Woodson told the AP that it was a proud moment, but he kept his emotions in check: "I held it back," Woodson said. "I cried enough this year, so I held it back. But it was definitely an emotional moment, a moment that I waited a long time for. And finally, it's here. I get to hold up a championship ring." Because of the NFL lockout, Thursday's ceremony was the first time the Packers have been together since the days following their 31-25 Super Bowl win over the Pittsburgh Steelers in Dallas. The Packers got special permission from the NFL to hold the ceremony.

Michael Vick is one of the most electrifying players in the National Football League. He is a threat to score a touchdown whenever the ball is in his hands. He was the first pick in the 2001 NFL Draft by the Atlanta Falcons. In six seasons with the Falcons, he led them twice to the playoffs and made the Pro Bowl three times. Vick next spent two years out of the NFL due to involvement with a dog fighting ring. After spending time in prison, Vick was signed by the Philadelphia Eagles in 2009. In 2010, he led the Eagles to the playoffs and made the Pro Bowl for the fourth time. This season, however, the Eagles are struggling and some of the blame belongs to Vick. It is doubtful the Eagles make the playoffs this season. However, the question is about the future. Does Vick have the skills as a quarterback to ever win the big game.
