Ames Brown was eliminated from The Bachelorette tonight. He didn’t get a rose from Ashley Hebert and he looked so dazed that it made me feel sad. This nice guy finished last out of the four guys left. He had the most heartfelt talk with Ashley and also to the camera in the limo ride on his way home. He said this experience on the Bachelorette was totally beautiful and full of the unexpected - totally poetic. That he will remember it for the rest of his life. He said “I have fallen in love with someone who clearly did not fall in love back. I just wonder what it was? I was real excited to see what would happen between the two of us next and that is something I won’t get to know.” The buzz is that he will be falling in love again on Bachelor Pad 2. Can’t wait to watch! Did Ashley Hebert make a mistake sending a great guy like Ames Brown home?

Do you remember during season 4 of The Bachelor when Brad Womack rejected 29 year old DeAnna Pappas. Well, she finally is a Bachelorette no more! She walked down the aisle on Saturday to marry her fiance’ Stephen Stagiano, 27 and the twin brother to fellow reality star Michael Stagliano. Do you remember the groom’s brother Michael? Like DeAnna, he is a fellow rejectee of The Bachelorette/ Bachelor/ Bachelor Pad programing system. He appeared on The Bachelor Pad with his then girlfriend Holly Durst only to have her trade him in for a new guy. The season of Bachelor Pad ended with Michael being blindsided by Durst’s engagement to a fellow contestant. The Bachelorette/Bachelor/Bachelor Pad or triple B programing is a breeding ground for matrimony and heartbreak. Would you go on a reality show to find love?

As Constantine Tzortzis anticipated Ashley Hebert’s arrival he said he was looking forward to kissing her, hugging her, just wanting to be with her. Later on he told Ashley that the beauty of love is that you can only be open and ready for it. You can’t make it happen and you can’t force it to happen. Basically, I think he was telling her he was open and ready and hoping she was too. I think Ames Brown has always been hard for Ashley to read, but his sister clearly saw a spark in him and told Ashley “Clearly he has feelings for you.” But in return Ashley told her “I’ll be honest, our relationship is moving slower but I see so much in him. I’m not ready to stop learning about him.” Not a good sign for Ames. Ben Flajnik told his mother and sister that he has shared more with Ashley than he has with anyone for the last six years. He was opening up and becoming vulnerable and clearly showing his feelings for her. Ben and Ashley toasted her arrival and he said “Cheers to you coming to Sonoma and to me wanting you here.” He looked so sweet and sincere, but a little scared. Ashley announced to everyone that she didn’t care what JP Rosenbaum had planned for them today saying “It doesn’t matter as long as I’m with him.” They ended up skating and again we got to see how comfortable they are with each other. JP’s brother said he was surprised to see him fall so far so fast. Which hometown date generated the most positive energy?

The following are some Bentley Williams quotes I collected from tonight’s The Bachelors Tell All: “I’m not overly attracted to Ashley - I’m competitive.” “Ashley’s digging what I’m putting out.” “I’ve played everyone.” “It’s annoying to just hold a girl that’s crying, crying and crying.” Michelle Money said it right “To say the words that came out of his mouth is difficult to wrap your head around. He owes Ashley Hebert an apology. He owes a lot of people an apology.” Chris D. was more direct “He calls all of us tools at the house. To see him so dishonest, I have just three words for him. Go F#*! yourself!” Ashley Hebert looked pained while talking about Bentley saying that she hated watching herself and felt like a fool. She teared up when she mentioned she was called an ugly duckling. Bentley refused to come onto the show. He needed to come for several reasons, to apologize, to explain his behavior and to quite being a coward.Do you think Bentley should have showed up?
The Bachelorette’s Ben Flajnik is one of Ashley Hebert’s favorite final four, but who is he anyway? Out of these final guys I seem to know very little about Ben. He’s got the west coast going for him - maybe Ashley is attracted to that connection or maybe the fact that he’s a winemaker interests her. He’s not very outgoing and hasn’t revealed much about himself. He seemed a little immature when discussing the hometown visit with Ashley indicating that he will rely heavily on his mother and sister’s opinion of their relationship. I don’t know what Ashley sees in him. Although, she did say that Constantine Tzortiz has the type of looks she is always attracted to and Ben and Constantine look like they could be twins, so maybe that's it. I’m thinking we can rule Ben out as a contender. What do you think? Is Ben Flajnik the right person for Ashley Hebert?
On the Islands of Fiji, Ryan Parks and Constantine Tzortis came and went. Ashley Hebert cleared the way to pick from two truly committed guys, JP Rosenbaum and Ben Flajnik. I’ve listened to her describe her feelings for Ben as “he’s what I want in a man” and “the little things he does keeps me going.” After she’s done going on about Ben she says “But then there’s JP.” It’s so obvious it’s all over for Ashley and her decision will be an easy one. It’s JP by a mile. Who do you think Ashley will pick JP or Ben?
We”ve moved past the two fantastic men that wound up on The Bachelorette Finale, JP Rosenbaum and Ben Fijnik. After Ben got up from one knee and was told he wasn’t the one he had to walk down the path of rejection, only to get into a lonely little outboard boat to leave shore and leave Ashley Hebert. His reaction to the rejection was very open and honest. He showed anger and resentment and it looked like Ashley didn’t know what to do about it or for him. I loved his line that good things can only end badly. A That’s true when you think about it....no one wants to let go of something good. Chris Harrison states in his blog that Ben would be the first to admit that JP is a great guy and he and Ashley would be great together. Chris thinks they seem to have a solid foundation. Apparently, Ashley’s sister, Chyrstie Hebert, thinks JP is right for her sister too. She came back to The Final Rose Special and apologized to JP for being wrong about him. I’m glad that one worked out, there’s nothing like family drama impacting a new relationship. The Bachelor/Bachelorette fans can be skeptics because of all the failed relationships they have witnessed over the years, but Ashley said, “We’re going to prove them wrong.” Do you think she is right? Will Ashley and JP prove all the skeptics wrong?

There was a lot of pain and a lot of joy in The Bachelorette Finale’. It seemed obvious to everyone, but Ben Flajnik, thatAshley Hebert would pick JP Rosenbaum. It was their chemistry that over powered Ben and sent him out to sea in that little outboard motor boat after Ashley gave him the bad news. The fairy tale he was talking about before he met with Ashley had a very crushing ending and I felt sorry for him. On After The Final Rose, Ashley described how she had to separate what happened with Ben from what was about to happen with JP in order to remember the proposal with happiness. She did a good job at it because she couldn’t have looked happier when JP got down on his knee. I watched the finale’ and enjoyed it, but I totally didn’t get JP’s meeting with Ashley’s family. More specifically, JP meeting Ashley’s older sister, Chrystie Hebert. That was weird and the type of drama Ashley didn’t need from her family. She had her share of difficulties and for her sister to add to them was really strange. Chyrstie wanted to know what he wanted with her much younger sister. As if there was something wrong with their age difference. JP said he wanted to turn it around quickly, meaning get the sister to like him right away, but she said that wouldn’t be possible. JP couldn’t believe she said she just didn’t see it or feel it, meaning his connection with Ashley. JP had a quote that sums up the finale’ it goes, “It’s either love or nothing. Walk away with love (that prize went to JP) or walk away with nothing (Ben took that one home).” That’s how it went down. Do you think Ashley made the right choice?
What’s going on? That’s the first words out of Ashley Hebert’s mouth when Ryan Parks knocked on her door in Fiji. Ryan said he was surprised, nervous and anxious standing in front of her for the first time since she said good bye to him in Thailand. He didn’t want to live with any regrets and he decided to go the extra mile to see if Ashley had any regrets saying good bye to him. He explained to her that they really didn’t get a fair chance at developing their relationship and he wanted her to think about it. So he waited for her to come knock on his door with an answer. He told the cameras if he gets hurt he can step back and say he gave it his all. Ashley finally returned with an answer and basically told him she didn’t feel the passion with him that she found with the other two guys. I like Ryan and thought he was very brave in trying again. I know some people will think it was a stupid move to come to see Ashley again, but I don’t. This is what I think is really going on, The Bachelor is setting him up for the next season to be their guy. Do you think Ryan Parks will be the next Bachelor?
If Ashley Hebert doesn’t choose Ames Brown he better be the next Bachelor because women all over America are falling in love with him. He would be the best bachelor The Bachelor has ever had. He’s an Ivy League intellectual with a lot to offer including many interests, loves to travel, he’s got the money, in great shape, he’s ready for love and is down to earth. His eyes are very sincere and he would be a great catch for Ashley. Sadly, I think Ashley goes for guys that bring drama / needy ones and that’s not Ames. He is emotionally stable and even though Ashley is adorable she just doesn’t seem emotionally ready. Maybe I’m wrong, a times I see some good relationship decisions coming from Ashley. Do you think Ames Brown and Ashley Hebert are meant to be?
