It has been obvious for PAN AM followers Ted Vanderway is in love with Laura Cameron. Ted doesn't try to hide it. During President Kennedy's speech he reached for hand and later on attempted to kiss her. He is also constantly getting involved in different situations to help her out.Laura, on the other hand, has been resisting Ted's passes. The show has been leading the audience to believe she is not interested. However, in the latest episode, there seems to be a change in her attitude towards him. During the episode, Laura is harassed by the Captain filling in for Dean as he takes Colette on a date to meet his family.During the flight, the Captain pats her on her bottom and then asks her to lean in over him to clean the flight's instrument panel. As she does that, he attempts to look down her blouse. She catches him and then knocks coffee all over him but acts as though it is an accident.After the plane lands, the Captain wants to speak with Laura to let her know he would be reporting her for spilling the coffee on him. While he scolding her, Ted steps in and once again saves her. She doesn't know what Ted says to the Captain, but agrees to return the favor for Ted. He quickly asks her to interrupt a date he has with a girl his family set up. While Laura waits at the bar of where Ted is having his date for the right time to disrupt it, she runs into the Captain. The Captain tells her the reason he didn't report her is because Ted said she was his girl and that she was the smartest, hardest worker, and best woman he had ever met. When she hears this, it becomes clear she has a change of heart for Ted. However, when she attempts to break up the date, Ted is gone.Towards the end of the show, somebody pulls the fire alarm and everyone is running out of the hotel and restaurant. During this episode, Laura sees Ted leaving his room with his date. From the look of her face, the audience can assume she was hurt by what she saw. She now has feelings towards him, but he hit it off with his old girlfriend. As it is right now, we just know he was perhaps having a one night stand with the girl. In the latest PAN AM, Dean takes Colette to meet his parents. Upon arrival, his parents ask him where Bridget is and what happened to her. Bridget was the girl Dean had planned to ask to marry him in the first episodes of PAN AM. However, she was working for the CIA and her time was up. Therefore, they made her disappear, which including leaving Dean without an explanation.We learn in this episode that Dean hasn't told his parents the engagement didn't happen. Colette becomes curious and asks Dean why he hasn't told his parents. He tells her the relationship with Bridget wasn't real and his parents had never met her. He continues saying that his feelings towards her are real and that's why he brought her to meet his parents. Colette accepts his explanation and believes he truly is over Bridget. In the last few episodes of PAN AM, Kate Cameron is trying to get out of the CIA. In the recent episode, she attempts to refuse an assignment, but is threatened with losing her job. She is told, however, that if she completes a final task she can get out.Her final task is to deliver a cigarette case with a hidden compartment with a hidden list. After she delivers the cigarette case, she learns her job is not over yet. Her next task is to help the CIA break into a safe in a jewelry store to swap out the list in the cigarette case with a list in a safe. She goes with the CIA and tries on jewelry. After finding a diamond bracelet she likes, the clerk agrees to deliver it fitted to her hotel that evening. When the clerk shows up to the hotel, the CIA attempts to sneak into the jewelry shop and swap the lists. However, things at the hotel go wrong. Somebody pulls the fire alarm and the clerk becomes nervous and tells Kate she must pick up the bracelet with the check from his shop.When the clerk returns to his shop, he gets in a scuffle with the CIA. During the fight a gun is knocked down the steps and in front of Kate, who had followed the clerk back to the store. The clerk pulls out a knife on the CIA and Kate shoots him. She is told to run and this is where the episode ends.She was told this would be the last job she had to do, however, now she is guilty of murder. The CIA seems against letting her out anyways, but will this secure their secret PAN AM agent?PAN AM: Will Kate Cameron ever get out of the CIA?
In Episode 9, Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang of PAN AM, Ted Vanderway goes out on a date with an old flame of his, Amanda Mason. Prior to having dinner and drinks with Amanda, Ted asks Laura Cameron to interrupt the date by acting as his current girlfriend. However, Laura is distracted while sitting at the bar of the same restaurant Ted and Amanda are on their date. By the time she attempts to break up the date, they are gone. He had taken Amanda back to his hotel room. After a fire alarm is pulled in the hotel, Laura is scrambling to get out of the restaurant and she runs into Ted and Amanda coming out of his room with their clothes appearing haven been put on in a hurry. It is clear they were hooking up. However, this is how episode ends so let the debate begin!PAN AM: Will Ted and his old flame Amanda Mason get back together?

At the end of Episode 9 in PAN AM, the audience is left to question whether Dean Lowrey is going to be in the middle of drama between Colette Valois and the girl he wanted to get married to, Bridget. In Episode 9, Dean takes Colette to meet his parents and to fly. When they arrive at his parents house, they ask if he brought Bridget with him. He had not told them things didn't work out with Bridget. After pushing the questions when they arrived aside, his father presses him during dinner causing Colette to get upset and leave the table. Dean follows her outside and she joins his parents in questioning why he hadn't told them about Bridget. He explains to her that he just hasn't talked to them and that there was something that wasn't "real" about Bridget and he never brought her to meet his parents. He tells Colette there is something real with her and that's why he decided to bring her to meet them. Colette accepts his apology and explanation. She appears to be falling in love with him and shares the evening with him in a bail of hay. It seems everything between the two is perfect and that they are about to begin a long term and serious relationship. However, in the previews they hint that Dean might end up hooking up with Bridget in the next episode. What Should Dean Do if Bridget comes back?PAN AM: Should Dean Choose Colette or Bridget?

The controversy of inter-relationships is a thing of the past, and the idea of not allowing someone to marry another person based on race is no longer acceptable in our society. However, the show PAN AM is based in the 1960's, and in the recent episode, Laura Cameron's date is beat up for being a black man dating a white woman. That was the norm in those days. If you had lived in that era would you have the courage to love anyone you wanted even if it could result in harm?
In the previews at the end of Episode 9 Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang on PAN AM, the audience is led to believe Dean is hooking up with his old flame, Bridget. If this is so, will he end up leaving Colette for Bridget? He just confessed how much he cares about Colette on his trip to meet his parents. Was that all just BS? We aren't sure exactly what is going to happen or what actually does happen, but it does seem as though Dean at least entertains the idea of returning to Bridget. He seemed sincere in my opinion when he told Colette he never brought Bridget to meet his parents because there was something not real about her, and that he instead brought Colette because there is something real there. At the end of the most recent PAN AM, Colette and Dean finally kiss. The two have been flirting for a while and at the end of the episode, she leans over and gives him a kiss.It has seemed obvious the two were attracted to each other for quite some time. They've spent a lot of time together, and flirt often. However, will they start actually dating?
