ESPN ran an article recently reporting that according to their 93 NBA panelists, 44 percent believe the Miami Heat are still Dwyane Wade's squad. Let's put this to the community at large. Whose Team is the Miami Heat?

Since Lebron James made his announcement to play for the Miami Heat, that is all the press covered. "The Big Three", James, Bosh, and Wade. Some said the Eastern Conference would now belong to the Miami Heat and not The returning Eastern Conference Champions, the Boston Celtics.

However, through 9 games, the Celtics are 7-2 and the Heat are 5-4. Twice they have faced, and both times the Celtics beat the Heat.

Those that jumped to conclusion that an unproven team like the Heat would control the Eastern Conference were wrong. You have to dethrone the Champ before you become the team to beat.

The Eastern Conference still runs through Boston! Am I right? If you disagree tell me what team and why they're the team to beat in the Eastern Conference?

After being the target of much ridicule and anger, the Big Three of the Miami Heat, LeBron James, Dwayne Wade, and Chris Bosh, have quieted critics and disappointed those hoping for their demise by making the NBA Finals Championship. The Big Three open the series vs the Dallas Mavericks led by Dirk Nowitzki in Miami on Tuesday May 31, 2011. So who wins this game?

After losing to Cleveland last night 102-90, more and more people are beginning to question whether or not the '3 Kings' can pull off a run at the title in the NBA Playoffs this year. Even with LeBron James having a triple double with 27 points, 10 rebounds, and 12 assists, and Dwayne Wade scoring 23 points it was still not enough to beat the 15-58 Cleveland Cavaliers. A team like this should be an easy win this late in the season for the Heat, but for some odd reason not known yet, this team has not gelled like everyone expected them to. As of right now they have a very weak hold on the #2 seed in the East. This team has been gutted and revamped with the so called creme de la creme. Mike Miller and recently Mike Bibby have been added to fill the void but to no avail. Will the Heat pull it together by the Playoffs to make a run for the championship, or will the Heat continue to fall apart and implode by or before Round 2?

How awkward is it for James to return to his old court after having caused so much riff in the city? Tonight he leads the Heat in his first game back in Cleveland since deciding to part ways with the city.

Last Summer, James decided to turn his back on the hometown Cavaliers for what seemed, on paper at least, as greener pastures. He was to cut ties with the fans in Cleveland  to join Chris Bosh to become one of the Miami Heat's Big 3 along with Dwayne Wade.

They were to destroy opponents and win multiple championships by the time it was all said and done. They were for sure to become and behave like a 6 year dynasty the first time the shared the court.

However, things have not gone as planned for the Heat. The Heat are 10-8 and have not looked impressive. They seem to be having difficulties coordinating the Big 3 and figuring out what each needs to and should contribute a night.

They are going to Cleveland to face Lebron's old House. He is easily the most hated person in this city.

Dirk Nowitzki is in his 12th NBA season, and has never won an NBA Finals Title. He turns 33 this month and is headed into the final years of his career. He has been a Hall of Fame caliber player, but has not had the team capable of winning the Title. This year seems no different. There is no other reliable player to make a shot other than Nowitzki in key situations of the game. He completely carries the Dallas Mavericks.

Currently, his Mavericks are down 2-1 to the Miami Heat in the 2011 NBA Finals. They have two more games at home before returning to Miami to close out the series. If Nowitzki doesn't win a Title this year, will he ever have a chance again?

Today on "The Herd," Chris Webber made a guest appearance and said the Celtics will win the Eastern Conference resulting in another Celtics-Lakers Finals. He said the Celtics will own the Eastern Conference right now and if they are fresh and healthy, they will dominate Miami's Three Faces of Eve!!! He said the Conference title goes through Boston, not Miami.

Do You Agree? Was Chris Webber Right? The Celtics are the team to beat in the Eastern Conference?

Fall will be here before we know it and Miami, just like many other programs, has questions to answer before that happens.

Don't get the wrong idea, there have been plenty of positive things happening in Coral Gables as well.

For having several players transferring, a new coaching staff and a massive question mark at quarterback, you would figure that this would be a rebuilding year for the Hurricanes.

According to many publications, it really isn't a rebuilding year, as Miami has been ranked as high as 19.

In order for Miami to earn that ranking, there are many things that need to happen.

Here is the list of my dream scenario for the 2011 Hurricanes.

The Miami Hurricanes will seek revenge on September 17th against the Ohio State Buckeyes.

The Buckeyes are 3-1 against the Hurricanes all time, including a 36-24 win last year in Ohio.

This year has already been an interesting offseason for the Buckeyes as Terrelle Pryor has decided to forgo his senior year and go into the NFL supplemental draft and Jim Tressel resigning due to various scandals he took part of over the last few years.

Miami also has questions especially at quarterback, but I believe the Hurricanes will beat the Buckeyes, 31-17.

Here are my 11 reasons why the Hurricanes win.
