We”ve moved past the two fantastic men that wound up on The Bachelorette Finale, JP Rosenbaum and Ben Fijnik.   After Ben got up from one knee and was told he wasn’t the one he had to walk down the path of rejection, only to get into a lonely little outboard boat to leave shore and leave Ashley Hebert.   His reaction to the rejection was very open and honest.   He showed anger and resentment and it looked like Ashley didn’t know what to do about it or for him.  I loved his line that good things can only end badly. A That’s true when you think about it....no one wants to let go of something good.

Chris Harrison states in his blog that Ben would be the first to admit that JP is a great guy and he and Ashley would be great together.  Chris thinks they seem to have a solid foundation.  Apparently, Ashley’s sister, Chyrstie Hebert, thinks JP is right for her sister too.  She came back to The Final Rose Special and apologized to JP for being wrong about him.   I’m glad that one worked out, there’s nothing like family drama impacting a new relationship.  The Bachelor/Bachelorette fans can be skeptics because of all the failed relationships they have witnessed over the years, but Ashley said, “We’re going to prove them wrong.”  Do you think she is right?  Will Ashley and JP prove all the skeptics wrong?

Nope. Already trouble in paradise. I don't think his family is any more ready for Gentile Ashley than Constantine's was for non-Greek Orthodox Ashley. Family will influence this one, too. The sister is older, more mature, married/divorced, andknows what she is talking about. Ashely is just too giddy and too silly for JP. And after she is a practicing dentist, what will the commonality be? He'll be out of work and she will be bringing home big bucks. That ought to set up nicely for a very comfortable money relationship. Sorry, just don't believe therei is much going on with this one except exotic locations and great sex. What's left when you are at home in New York City and getting older. Central Park and lots of booze?
