How was the Earth created? Do you agree with creationism, evolution, or do you think the two are not exclusively correct? By this I mean you believe there is truth in both the biblical account and scientific accout. They don't necessarily contradict each other.

Religion hurts humanity and will never solve any problems for humans as history shows. Science have solve a ton of problems for the human race and will continue to do so while religion continue to try and stop our progress. If there was no religion and god mankind would have been far more advanced

How does belief in a higher existence stop our progress? Some of the most intelligent scientists thru history believed in God, I think its the other way around, were limiting ourselves to believe that in this vast unending amazing universe, that we are the "supreme be all to end all". Science is simply us learning how God created certain things it doesnt take away from the fact that there is a creator, and god WANTS us to seek knowledge because it could bring us closer to him because we have to realize that everything in existence had to come from somewhere.

You're right. Without religion to hold mankind back we as a whole we be far more advanced... spiritually, technologically, socially, and with the over all quality of life for all.

I believe the fool has said in his heart that belief in God precludes evolution. God could have used evolutionary processes to accomplish His eternal purpose. Reason compels me to believe in both. Willful ignorance causes the other two sides to deny one or the other. They are not mutually exclusive. Think outside the box.
