After Larry's interview with Steven Slater I believe he is an intelligent, articulate, compassionate, person who is willing to be accountable for his actions, however, was pushed beyond his limits... it was the perfect storm which caused his situation. I believe the reason this situation became so popular is because so many "working class" people could relate to Steven's situation. I believe almost everyone has thought about doing what he did.... and if pushed to our "limit" would react in a similar manner. This should bring attention to the plight of the "common working class" and the current battles they wage just in order to make a meager, and by no means extravagent, living. Hats off to Steven for how he has handled this situation in the time after the incident. (I hate to muddy the waters by bring sexuality into this issue, but I imagine that Steven has probably been the victim of a great deal of prejudice and unkindness because of his homosexuality).
