He does so thinking that Nicole only kissed Vinny.After her phone call to Jionni, Snooki decides to talk to Vinny to ask him what happened between them, and he tells her they had sex and can't believe that she was that drunk that she doesn't remember. After finding out she did have sex with Vinny, she decides to call Jionni to tell him the truth. His reaction was as expected and he ends the phone call telling her she is no longer his girlfriend.
