If you force Reggie Bush to return his Heisman Trophy and USC to vacate all wins and titles associated with the Bush era, you now have to look at every Heisman player and every championship team to see if there was someone getting paid or accepting gifts? They've set a precedent where they have to look back at any allegations and take Hiesman and championship trophies back from those breaking the rules. So how many championship runs will this effect?!
