June 24, 2011 Badgerville Online Registration MADISON, Wis. -- Join us for the official UW Athletic Department tailgate party "Badgerville at Soldier Field" on Saturday, Sept. 17 taking place prior to the Badgers vs. Northern Illinois football game. The venue is located slightly south of Soldier Field, on Lake Michigan near the McCormick Place in Chicago - a scenic walk along Lake Michigan less than 10 minutes away from Soldier Field. (Please see map). Transportation is not provided to or from the tailgate. Tailgate party tickets are $50 for adults and $25 for kids 12 and under. **Please note - we anticipate this event to sell out so get your tickets now and guarantee your spot. Your tailgate ticket includes admission to the party, brats, chicken sandwiches, chips, cookies, cheese, soda, beer, and water. Admission does not include a ticket to the football game. Tailgate tickets ordered by August 28 will be mailed out. Otherwise, tickets ordered after this date can be picked up at Will Call which will be located at the entrance to the tailgate on event day. Gates and Will Call will open two and a half hours prior to kickoff, while the tailgate party ends a half hour before kick-off. Live music will provided by one of Chicago's best local bands, Maggie Speaks. Tailgate tickets can be purchased online at www.nationalwclub.com or through the Wisconsin Alumni Association at www.uwalumni.com or by calling (608) 262-7717. Credit card charges will appear on your statement as a NATIONAL W CLUB charge. Online registration will close at noon CT on Thursday, Sept. 15, or when tickets are sold out.
