So we all see these young teens who get into acting, and we love watching them grow up into the gorgeous and talented people they are. I think we're mostly entertained by it because it makes us feel part of a family without having to actually deal with family. We can judge, make comment and admire but still turn the page or turn the T.V off when we get bored or annoyed with them. Now, how this is all coming into play is because of one Ms. Selena Gomez. The young and talented beautiful girl is most commonly known because of her part on Disney's Wizards of Waverly Place, she has also just branched into singing and is the "lucky" girl who gets to call Bieber her beau.
While I've "watched this girl grow", I saw the picture of what she wore upon arriving at the 2011 Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas, Nevada and jeez! I know she's 18 and all but really? The sexy little number she was wearing is just a little too sexy for my taste for a star who is a year younger than myself. Sure, mainly this opinion comes from the fact that the kids who watch Wizards or are fans of Ms. Gomez's really look up to her and I wouldn't want any of my younger family members running around in this fancy little number.
To even quote Selena herself: "But at the end of the day, what you have inside is much more beautiful than what's on the outside!" and "I don't really like dressing up. Some people probably think actresses dress up everywhere they go. I'm in sweatpants half the time with my hair in a ponytail.". Seems all the pictures I see of her anymore she looks stunning and very much done up. Guess it was time for her to sprout wings, but still I gotta ask about the 2011 Billboard Music Awards: sexy or a little too inappropriate?
