After being the target of much ridicule and anger, the Big Three of the Miami Heat, LeBron James, Dwayne Wade, and Chris Bosh, have quieted critics and disappointed those hoping for their demise by making the NBA Finals Championship. The Big Three open the series vs the Dallas Mavericks led by Dirk Nowitzki in Miami on Tuesday May 31, 2011. So who wins this game?

Eric Cantor (R-VA), House Majority Leader, declared the budget for the rest of the year will contain language to deny funding for the health care law. The law, according to Cantor, will not include the actual language to defund Health Care. Instead, Representative Denny Reyberg (MT) will introduce an amendment to the bill that defunds Health Care Reform.

Do you support what the Republicans are attempting to do? Should the Health Care Reform Act be defunded?

Republican Joe Pitts' (PA) Protect Life Act is a measure forbidding any tax dollars from being spent on abortions via the Healthcare Reform Act. Pitts argued "It is imperative that the federal government stays out of the business of subsidizing the morally objectionable practice of abortion. Abortion is not health care." President Barack Obama says the Healthcare Reform Act does not allow for any federal funding to be spent on abortions. Therefore, Pitts' argues, President Obama should have no problem supporting and signing this bill.

Republican Chris Smith's (NJ) introduced a bill called  "No Tax Payer Funding for Abortion Act." It creates a law that prevents any tax payer money from being spent on abortion. Opponents say it is a waste of time because there is already a Presidential Executive Order banning tax payer funding from going to abortions except in the cases of rape, incest, or when the life of the woman is at risk. Smith responds to his opponents by pointing out that an Executive Order is not law and can be changed by President Barack Obama at any moment. Therefore, he says, this bill is needed.

There are two house committees looking over bills that intend to restrict abortion funding. One is Republican Chris Smith's, NJ, "No Tax Payer Funding for Abortion Act." It creates a law that prevents any tax payer money from being spent on abortion.

The other bill is Republican Joe Pitts', PA, Protect Life Act. This is a measure forbidding any funding for abortions be allowed via the Healthcare Reform Act. Pitts argued "It is imperative that the federal government stays out of the business of subsidizing the morally objectionable practice of abortion. Abortion is not health care."

Democrats are opposing the two bills on two fronts. Some say the bills are too restrictive and would risk the life of a woman by denying her the ability to get an abortion to save her life. Other Democrats in Congress are saying if these bills are brought to the floor, then legislation would come to a dead halt. They continue by arguing the government needs to focus on creating jobs and the economy, and needs to avoid these issues which would paralyze the government.

Should Congress be discussing abortion right now?

The Mansfield District in Texas recently decided to make teaching the Arabic Language and Culture mandatory in two of its public schools and making it optional in its other schools.

Dozens of parents voiced their concerns in a town hall-like meeting in the local schools with the superintendent. On CNN Newsroom, one parent is seen arguing that "the school does not teach Christianity, so I don't want them teaching, the Islam." The District responds to such misinformed concern by stressing the class would be about language and culture, and has nothing to do with Islam.

Currently, the school has put off its plan for implementing Arabic as a mandatory class. However, in general, should a school be allowed to make a language mandatory?

Should the Texas Schools be allowed to make the Arabic Language mandatory?
