Male Birth Control - Would You Take It?

BP or the Government - Who's More At Fault Here?

A	BP. It's their responsibility to ensure saftey

B	Government. They set the safety standards

BP Says it's not their fault, that a safety valve made by a third party failed. The Government on the other hand does not require certain safety measures that other countries do, and was slow and negligent in its response to help when the leak occurred. Who's to blame?
