Plan B Morning After Pill has been available over the counter for women 17 years and older. Women 16 and younger were required to get a prescription to get the medication. The medication is used the morning after having sex without using contraceptives to prevent or terminate unwanted pregnancies.

Recently, the Food and Drug Administration had urged for it to be openly sold to all women, regardless of age because it has the same side effects on women of all ages; thus, making Plan B available over the counter for all women regardless of their age.

Overruling scientists at the FDA, Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius ruled that teenage girls under the age of 17 shouldn't be able to buy the pill on their own. Women under the age of 16 years old will instead need a prescription to receive the drug. The main reasoning for this decision is that it is believed a woman under the age of 16 needs advice and direction on how to take the pill. Advocates for making it available over the counter believe it should be as easily available as possible to prevent unwanted teenage pregnancies. Do you agree with the Health Secretary's decision?

Should teenagers need a prescription for the Plan B Morning After Pill?

Members of the Sons of Confederate Veterans want to sponsor five state-issued license plates to commemorate the 150th Anniversary of the Civil War.  One of the license plates they would like to design would honor Robert Bedford Forrest. Forrest was a Confederate General in the Civil War, however, he was also a leader of the Ku Klux Klan and is often associated with founding the KKK.

The Mississippi NAACP argues the state shouldn't honor a group that is considered a terrorist organization. Others complain that it simply sends the wrong message to have the face of a man associated with racism on people's cars. In the video, Vanessa McDowell, a Mississippi citizen, says its â€œbecause it says we haven't progressed others say Mississippi hasn't come that far so why give them an instance to say that while still celebrating the past."

Conversely, Leroy Pettyjohn says he doesn't "really have a problem with it" but doesn't "agree with their agenda" believing things that happened in the past shouldn't really matter. Next are a few screenshots I took of comments found at "Mississippi License Plate Would Honor KKK Founder."

So Which Side of this Debate do fall on?

Do you agree with the NAACP and others that believe this sends the wrong message? Or do you believe the 2nd Story...that Robert Bedford Forrest was a member of a "Benevolent Society created for ex-Confederate Generals." In my opinion, that is a disgraceful and pathetic attempt at an apologetic argument. The man fought with the South in the War against the emancipation of slaves in America. He was a member of the KKK, a terrorist organization that should be banned and illegal. A man like this should not be honored and nobody in the 21st century should want to honor such a man.

Glenn Beck, in an attempt to cover-up his incidental "oversight", has claimed that he didn't know August 28 is the anniversary for Martin Luther King, Jr's historic "I have a dream" speech. With this admission, hasn't he even made himself appear more racist? That is only one of the most, if not the most, important dates and events in the history of the Civil Rights Movement. Therefore, Beck has clearly done one of two things: First, he never took the time to learn about the history of the Civil Rights Movement. Something which I believe should be a requirement for any person on the news, but he didn't even care to know how a large portion of our nation had to fight for their basic civil and human rights. By doing this, he could stop offending people with all "state's rights" comments because he would actually know what that means to minorities. In case you don't know, that was the conservative argument for slavery as well as their argument used against Civil Rights. Yes, Abe Lincoln was a Republican, but in his day they were the liberal party. Second, he is simply lying and knew it was the anniversary of King's historic speech and wanted to use it to create controversy. Also, he planned it on this date to act as though his movement is a new type of Civil Rights Movement. So which of the two options do you believe occurred, and do you think he did or did not make his situation worse?

Sylvester Stallone made a comment stating that the US apologizes too much for its actions overseas. Mitt Romney decided he would tweet that he agrees with Stallone, and adds he hopes Stallone "doesn't get in trouble with Hollywood friends." Do you agree with this sentiment, that America apologizes too much around the world?

This is essentially what many people in America accuse President Obama of doing. During the election they gave him hell because they didn't like the church he chose to attend, and now they say is a Muslim since he has become President. Is this even possible?

If Boise St. wants to be respected and be allowed to play in the Big Boy Games, then they have to play a real schedule. It's not my fault they are in the WAC, but they only have two respectable games they have to play all year. The rest of the teams they play are horrible. After week 3, there is season is virtually over. Do you feel that Boise State has a right to play in the National Championship and BCS games with the schedule they have if they go undefeated?
